So glad to finally hear some hockey news and stories!!
I'm a goaltender here in Rochester, NY and I've been playing for about 7
years now. I started at the University at Buffalo, where I learned how to
skate and play goal simultaneously - my goalie coach must've been amazing
because I've since upgraded to playing with the men full time. I've done Sr.
B and Sr. C Women's and I play at least 3 nights a week in rec Men's league
with my husband. My dilemma right now is deciding when and how I'm going to
fit having babies into the hockey season !!! ;-)
There's nothing better than being out on the ice - it's my favorite place to
be! The sounds, the smell...it the best!!
