I've been struggling with my sport goggles fogging up and I put out feelers for a solution. Of all the potions that were recommended this is the only one that worked so I thought it worthy of passing on.

I was on vacation in Hawaii a few months ago and had an interesting
experience while snorkling that I thought you may
appreciate.
As the group was getting ready to snorkle, our guides asked if anyone would
like
a goggle defogger. Several people said yes. The guide reached into their
equipment pack and pulled out a tube of Crest toothpaste! He said it works
perfectly as a google defogger-rub some on the inside lens of the goggles and
then rinse. The toothpaste forms a thin layer that prevents the goggles from
being fogged up. When I asked, he said he thinks Crest works best of the
toothpaste he has tried! He was right, my goggles didn't fog. Just thought I'd share.

My daughter got so frustrated with fogging up, that it was the
impetus she needed to use contact lenses. The opthomologist said
that it was one of the biggest reasons younger kids gave for wanting
them - sports.

A trick I learned as a goalie when i had to wear my glasses instead of my
contacts one nite. When a team mate saw me putting on my glasses he asked me
how I stopped them from fogging,I explained that by putting on a thin layer
of shampoo or even kitchen dish soap will stop them from fogging up.
