Where are you located? This is feasible (if you're willing to do some
paperwork and your District Sub-Registrar is co-operative) in the USA. It is
almost impossible in Ontario. I don't know about anywhere else.

I think that Hayley Wickenheiser should come down to the States to do the
One-On-One Tour. I, for one, sure wouldn't mind such a great Canadian player
teaching me new hockey skills! :-)

Good idea, but she'd better make sure she has the right documentation.
Otherwise, the armed zealots at the US border crossing would probably detain
her for hours and issue her an instant 5 year exclusion order for
"attempting to enter the USA for work purposes". I'm only half kidding. I
know a few people who have been treated like criminals for no reason at all,
and no appeal process.

Think of it, a conspiracy between US Immigration and Team USA to keep Hayley
out of Salt Lake 2002 :)

GOPHERS OVERCOME SLUGGISH START FOR SHUTOUT WIN OVER DARTMOUTH

After a sluggish 40 minutes of hockey, Minnesota broke open a scoreless game
with a three-goal third period as the second-ranked Gophers defeated
Mercyhurst 3-0.

Minnesota was held to just one shot in the opening period, matching a school
record, but turned the tables in the second period, holding a 10-4 advantage
in the middle stanza.

La Toya Clarke finally broke the ice for the Gophers when she converted an
Ambria Thomas rebound for her 10th goal of the season three minutes, 41
seconds into the final period.

Kelsey Bills intercepted a clearing pass in the middle of the slot and beat
Mercyhursts Amber Natali between the legs at 11:15 to give the Gophers a
2-0 lead and Melissa Coulombes shot from the right point, on the power
play, made its way through traffic and into the net with 6:27 left in the
game.

Natali finished the game with 22 saves while Erica Killewalds third shutout
of the season was a 16-save effort.
