The Canadian Hockey Association has announced the roster for Team Canada at
this spring's worlds:  see www.canadianhockey.ca, click on Team Canada.

The Ontario universities (OUA) championship for women's hockey was last
weekend in Kingston.  University of Toronto won, beating Sir Wilfrid
Laurier University in the final.  University of Ottawa beat York University
in overtime to take the bronze.  

The CIAU national intercollegiate championship is this coming weekend (Feb
22-25) in Calgary.   According to  the Women's Hockey Web
http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~andria/univ/ciau/2001/, some of the games will
be televised on Headline, and the gold medal game Sunday will be televised
on TSN.  Besides Toronto, the other teams in the round-robin championship
are Regina (in Saskatchewan), St. Francis Xavier (in Nova Scotia), Calgary
(in Alberta), and Concordia and McGill (both in Quebec).  

The OWHA website (www.owha.on.ca) has recently been updated.  It includes
the results of the provincial championships for Senior AAA through Senior BB.

Headline has these games: Thursday early (5 PM EST), Both Friday games
(6 & 9:30 PM EST), Both Saturday games (2 & 6:30 PM EST) and Sunday's Bronze
Medal game (12:30 PM EST).

TSN has the final at 5:00 PM EST.
