Think of her as pathetic.
She NEEDS to bother you to make her happy.
That's sad.

You, on the other hand, have a life.
You don't need to make others feel bad in order to make you feel good.

Just ignore her.
She's not worth thinking about.

>Oh don't get me wrong, i'm trying out an all, i just know i'm not good
enough, yet, >to make the team

I went into tryouts a couple weeks ago feeling ok but not great about my
chances on actually making the team. During the tryouts, I of course got
frustrated because I couldn't stop if there was a huge metal blade that would
chop my head off in the middle of the ice. And I kept whiffing on all of my
shots. But anyways, definitely go in with more confidence than "I'm not good
enough". Its amazing how thoughts will give you such a psychological
disadvantage.

And about the girl yelling out, just ignore it. When I found out I didn't
make the team (I made the practice squad), my brother said "That's all the
better you can do?" which of course is irritating, but just ignore them.

Subject: Are you looking for "AA" goalie

My daughter is a 2nd year Bantam goalie from Sault Ste. Marie. She
recently tried out (along with 15 other goalies) for Bantam "AAA" Boys.
It came down to her and one other goalie, and unfortunately she was not
selected. She will be playing Boy's "AA" this year. For the past five
years, she has played within the female system, and has now decided she
needs the stronger competition, that the boy's system can offer her.
She is still very interested in playing for female teams in tournaments,

and with the OWHA player development clause, would be available to any
A/AA team looking for a pick-up goalie. In previous years, she had a
similar arrangement, one year playing for a Kitchener team, and last
year, for a Sudbury team. If any Ontario team is looking for a
goal tender, she would be prepared to travel to meet you at tournaments.

Please email me if you are interested in discussing any kind of
arrangement. We can be reached at email@hidden.

Thanks
