There's a new list in town--exclusively for organizers of women's hockey
teams, organizations, leagues, and tournaments. It's called WHLeaders
(Women's Hockey Leaders) and it's a team rep's dream come true for finding
out information about tournaments, leagues, events, and team information
(such as sharing players) without the general hockey discussion.

This is the ultimate forum to get in touch with all the other teams and
organizers quickly and efficiently, plus you can VERY EASILY control the
amount of mail you receive through ONElist's great system--all mail, no
mail, or digest only, with the click of a button.

The goal of this list is to quickly disseminate information about women's
hockey events to leaders only. Team reps/leaders generally know what their
team's goals and needs are; they will determine what information and when to
inform their groups.

Find out about events first on the WHLeaders email list--like the Labor Day
weekend Los Angeles "Chill Out" in sunny Southern California. Hearing
rumors of an event? Get answers fast from other women's hockey leaders.
Need to change the dates or structure of an event you've already
publicized? Need to publicize an event quickly? It can all be done on
email@hidden.

It's easy to subscribe--just go to the following web page or send email to
email@hidden.

COMING SOON: One-Stop Web Community for Women in Hockey
hockeywomen.com (not live yet) - discussions, announcements, and
the one-stop resource for all things "women's hockey".

Thanks!

Can anyone tell me what the "Community Olympic Development Program " in
Minnesota is? Is it a program that can be used as a model elsewhere? Who
would have information on that program?
