That is the same name as the hockey goalie, but that unimaginative nickname would more than likely
be quickly bandwagoned  by marketers/sports commentators on any decent Chinese goalie in 
any sport.
The soccer goalie looked fairly tall, the hockey goalie is 165 cm (officially) which is only 5.4 feet 
tall.
 I dont have a pic of the soccer goalie, but if you know what she looks like, you can compare her 
to the hockey goalie at:

Not to mention her name is very common, kind of like a Smith Mary (last name first).

But you never know....

A quick look says that the hockey goalie Guo Hong is not the soccer goalie
Guo Hong.

I spent the weekend with my nephews, age 6 and 10.  Both of them watched
the soccer match and both said they wanted to BE Mia Hamm.  We have come a
long way when little boys identify with female athletes like that!!

Let's hope that the next round of women's hockey is half as big as the soccer.
