I think you have in mind the Burnaby 8 Rinks tournament. The Victoria
Stingers are going, but I'm not sure if I am or not. I'm not sure of the
contact person(s) but if nobody else here can help directly, let me know and
I'll make more enquiries.

Announcing the 9th Annual Team Michigan Girls'/Women's Hockey
Friendship Tournament. November 20-22 at Great Lakes Sports City,
the 5 rink complex in Fraser, Michigan. The entry fee is $500 US.
This is one of the 3 biggest female tournaments in the US.
Division levels depend on teams registering, but the age divisions
are:
12 & under (squirt)
15 & under (peewee)
19 & under (midget)
20 & over senior** (**teams are primarily 20 and over, but can have
some younger players)
