I've got a friend moving to Seattle, and HE was wondering if there were any
good amateur leagues in the area. I know this is a list for women's hockey,
but I thought I'd give it a shot.

Thanks

Donna from Illinois

Can someone recommend some good summer camps. By good, I mean ones that
you actually see good player development, as opposed to simply ones where
you have fun off the ice.

My daughter went to all the female hockey camps here in British Columbia
and none of them were very good.

Does anyone know anything about the Darmouth Camp, RinkSport Camp, or
Hocey Night in Boston?

Any info greatly appreciated.

Greg.

Hi all,
I just wanted to let you know a few things:
The NJ Selects web page has moved. It can now be found at:

http://members.aol.com/njselects/home.htm

Please change your links (or add it to your page!) where necessary.
If you would like your link added to our page, email me back
privately.
Also, if you are any age/any skill level hockey player in the NY
Metro area and are interested in playing for the NJ Selects, email us
at email@hidden.
Tryouts are in mid-September. This year there were a Midget II 19-U
team that won their division and made it to the league semi-finals,
and a Women's Senior "B" team that won the MAWHL playoff title for
the second consecutive year and competed at the National Level.
The Midget Team competes in the Atlantic Youth Hockey League and the
Women's team is in the Mid-Atlantic Women's Hockey League.
Both teams were very strong this year but we are looking to expand
our clubs. Beginners are welcome! We would love to have a PeeWee team
and a Women's B team next year.
Again, if you are interested, email us at email@hidden and we
will get back to you shortly!! Thank you!!
