FLASH Hockey is growing fast. But we still have space for a few more
players.

If you are interested in playing with this up and coming northern
Chicagoland womens' hockey team contact me at wendyi.thoughtworks.com.

hey, I'm doing another one of those dumb projects, and of course I have
related hockey to it once again, but I need a couple questions answered.

- -What impact did the USA women winning the gold have on Northern America (or
what impact did Canada placing 2nd have)?

- -What impact did the poor performance and poor sportsmanship(in USA's case) of
the men's Canadian and American teams have on Northern America?

and since I wasn't around at the time

- -What impact did the 1980 miracle on ice have on Northern America?

Thanks ahead of time.

Oh and by the way, still haven't scored that goal, only have two more chances
in the last 2 games this Saturday. I did get another assist the first game
last Saturday, and I made a really good save while playing defense. But hey,
goals aren't the only important things. And of course as usual I hit the post
AGAIN. In practice, I made a bunch of nice 5-holes, and some other good goals,
but as soon as I get the ball in the game, its BING. Maybe if I aim for the
post it will actually go in....or be completly off.

Subject: Blisters

Last week or the week before, there was a discussion about blisters and I
mentioned a product that was great for blisters and all sorts of ills in
the boot, under elbow pads, knee pads etc., but I had lost the information.
Well, I found it. The stuff is Bunga Pads. Its like an ace bandage lined
with a gel. I love this stuff, my kids love this stuff. Anything that
keeps a child from complaining is heaven sent. The number is
1-888-286-4272. It isn't cheap, but for under $20 you can do a quick and
permanent fix on a skate. Try it, you'll like it.
