>Cammi announced that all but about 5 girls will be returning to the team to
>continue their hockey pursuits. Of course, Lisa Brown-Miller was one of

>It was announced to be a boy.

Besides Brown-Miller and Ulion, who are the other three women who will not
return?

Blahoski's Car Burned
Arson Suspected In Hockey Star's Car Fire
ST. PAUL, Posted at 5:15 p.m. March 24, 1998

- -- Perhaps breaking the ice of gender stereotypes has it's price. Or
perhaps even Gold Medal winners have bad luck. Whatever the case, Alana
Blahoski, a
member of the U.S. Women's Olympic Hockey Team, has a black hulk for a car
after her 1989 Honda was burned to the ground early Monday morning.

Saint Paul fire crews were called to the 700 block of West Nebraska Avenue
early Monday morning, and arrived to find the smoking remains of Alana
Blahoski's vehicle. Blahoski was in Colorado visiting her mother when the
fire occurred.

The Pioneer Planet reported earlier today that St. Paul fire investigator
Jamie Novak was "careful not to call Monday's incident an arson," however
WCCO-TV reports tonight that the apparent cause of the fire was indeed arson.

Blahoski purchased the car, her first, from her stepmother, Barb Blahoski
of Richfield, said the Pioneer Planet. Police do not know whether or not
the attack was random or aimed at Blahoski.
