First Line Hockey School is pleased to announce it's first female all adult
hockey camp. We at First Line are excited about bringing this camp to you,
the female hockey player. This group is often the most neglected in hockey
instruction, despite being possibly the group most enthusiastic in wanting
to learn the game.

We strongly believe in teaching the fundamental, individual skills that
each hockey player needs to be successful. These skills include proper
skating technique, puck handling, passing, and shooting. Positional play
and other aspects will also be highlighted.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to learn more about hockey while in a
positive atmosphere with your peers.

Refreshments will be provided!

Cost: $110. (U.S.)

Saturday 1 pm to 5:15 pm
Sunday 11:45 am to 3:45 pm

Camp Highlights:
4 one half hour classroom sessions designed to introduce and reinforce
skills learned on the ice. Q & A to address your specific concerns and
topics not covered on the ice.

4 hours on the ice to apply concepts learned in the classroom.

5 to 1 player to coach ratio!

Approx 1 hour 20 minutes dedicated to Power Skating and proper skating
technique, instruction emphasizing on a full efficient stride, balance, and
edge control.

carrying the puck.

Hi yah!
I just bought a new catcher (Vaughn Vision 5550) and I'm wondering
how to break it in.
I have a goalie camp next week so I'd like to be able to break it in
quickly. Any suggestions?
