Hi, sorry to pick a nit, but the Verrazano connects Brooklyn and Staten
Island, therefore nothing in New Jersey can be just across it. Not sure which
bridge you mean.

Right you are!! Take the Outerbridge Crossing into Jersey.
Call Ocean because the directions are all local after you
cross the bridge(s) and I'm not familiar with the area.
[Living in Suffolk, L.I. everything over a bridge is New Jersey,
the City, or upstate].
P.S. to Margaret:
I'm the coach of the Dix Hill's Rebels Girls "B" Team. Although
the Blades beat us 3-1 [at Chelsea Piers Nov. 15] the girls had
a great game and loved playing against stiff competition. I just
want to thank your organization for inviting us to play and will
be awaiting our rematch when we get the chance to host you at
Dix Hills.

I am new to this list. I did check the archives to see if this topic has
been discussed. My daughter plays for a squirt (12 & under) team in NH
and absolutely adores playing on an all girls team. She has a fantastic
coach and I've very happy with her program. I have noticed that it seems
difficult to find other girls teams to play. Our schedule includes a
tournament in CT over Christmas, a tourn. in Brampton in April and a local
tournament with NH PW girls teams. The girls team is playing in our state
league (not for points) and we have a number of games scheduled on the
squirt B level. So the girls have a lot of scheduled playing time. But I
wonder if other girls teams play in a league, or is it mostly tournaments?
I suppose it depends on where you live as well. I would appreciate any
information or comments on how other teams work.

We had a great time at the Team Michigan Friendship Tournament, and we
thought it would be great if we could register for the Brampton Tourney in
April. Does anyone know if it's too late to register, or whom to contact

The St. Albans' Saints is a multiage girls team, in Vermont, that has four
subdivisions
that play both in a state-run league and with teams and in tournaments
that are not run by the state. The teams are: 19 and under, 12 and under
A, 12 and under B, and a house team that just has practices and in house
