The quickest way to sign-off the list is to send mail to:

with

unsubscribe the-list-name

(where the-list-name may be:

la-kings
maple-leafs
dallas-stars
ott-senators
pit-penguins
ihl
hockey-chat
women-in-hockey
sharks
sharks-chat
sharks-tickets
sf-spiders
chicago-wolves
kc-blades
peoria-rivermen
phx-roadrunners

as the body of the mail.

You can send multiple signoffs. For example, if you're a member of the
maple-leafs and the ott-senators list, you can have

unsubscribe maple-leafs
unsubscribe ott-senators

as the body of the mail. listproc will handle that just fine. Make sure
that the commands are on separate lines. You will receive an error message
from listproc is you have a .signature or if you mis-type a line. Please
turn the signature function off on your mailer to avoid incorrect error
message.

When you're back in the fall, send mail to:

email@hidden

and you'll get full information on what mailing lists are available, and
how to subscribe to them.
