All Levels of Play offered for Competitive Divisions

USA Hockey Rules (No Checking & No Fighting)

All Playoff Games will be played on Sunday July 7, 1996

Tournament Cost is $90 per person (based upon a minimum of 14 Players per team)
Team Captains should fill out and forward Application form (Following)
with a deposit of $200 (Non-Refundable)
Registration without a deposit cannot be accepted
Registration will close on 6-3-96 or when all team slots are filled
Please register early to avoid being shutout
Full Payment for each team member is due by 6-12-96
