	I'm not sure what area you are from...but there are some club 
teams (with a few that are - or soon will be Varsity) in the Midwest 
(Augsburg, University of Mn, U of Mn-Duluth, St. Olaf, St. Thomas/St. 
Catherine, Carleton College, St. Cloud State University, Univ of 
Wisc-Madison, Eau Claire, and River Falls, etc.)

The best place to start is Andria Hunter's Homepage.  Almost everything you
need to know about college hockey for women is there.  However, if you are
just getting started the chances of getting a scholarship are slim to almost
non-existent.  However, there are some very good club programs in college
around that you might want to consider.
