Just an additional note on the last message sent out asking for info on
Philadelphia area ice hockey teams.  Our girls team is for kids from 11 to
16 years of age.  They have played some older teams and done very well.  I
think this is a good time to get the girls playing together because up to this
age they are pretty comfortable playing on the boys teams.  Once the guys
start getting a lot bigger, it's probably best to branch the girls off to
allow them to develop their own brand of game (which usually ends up stronger
on the real skating and puck-handling skills, rather than the 'bashing'--
though not necessarily).  Anyway, I was looking for info on teams in this
younger age range that would be interested in playing against our girls with
the goal of challenging each other to develop their ice hockey skills.
