For information about tournaments in Ontario, you might
try contacting the Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA):

You might want to look into going to the Brampton Women's Hockey Tournament 
which is usually held on Easter weekend.  There are tons of teams (of all ages 
and divisions) there and is it's always lots of fun! ... but then again, how 
couldn't a hockey tournament be lots of fun?! :-)
