9 year olds should have fun playing whatever sports they choose.  I'd like to push them to increase their skills, to play/practice with more intensity so they learn the skills for the next level.   What has worked for other coaches of 9-yr old girls to increase the competitive desire and create an enjoyable season for everyone?
