2004 WOMEN’S CCM SUMMER SIZZLER TOURNAMENT

LEVELS: A, B and C SENIOR WOMEN
DATES: AUGUST 14-15th, 2004
COST:  $575.00 per team ($38.00 per player)
WHERE: ICE WORKS, ASTON, PA   (Eastern Pennsylvania, south of 
Philadelphia)

HERE IS OUR SUMMER SIZZLER PLAN TO KEEP YOU COOL!

~ 3 Games Guaranteed (2 games on Saturday, 1 game on Sunday, Playoffs 
on Sunday)

~ Three 15 Minute Periods

~ Saturday BBQ ($3.00 per person covers your lunch)

~ Sunday Night Pizza Party with Beer*- FREE- *Must be 21 yrs old or 
over, obviously

~First Place and Runner Up Teams Receive Trophies

~Skills Competition on Saturday in between Games- Lots of Fun! Great 
Prizes!

~ MVP Awards

~ Free Skating Passes for each team

~Photographer will be at all games taking pictures for team players 
purchase.

~ T shirts will be available for team pre order/pick up (Hanes Pre 
Shrunk, Gray, Short Sleeve T shirts with “SUMMER SIZZLER 2004 WOMEN’S 
ICE HOCKEY TOURNAMENT” on front of T-shirt. The back of the shirts will 
list all teams playing that weekend. The price is $10.00 per shirt and 
all orders can be made thru Ginger Greenhawk, tournament director. A 
portion of the proceeds on T-shirts will be donated to THE BREAST 
CANCER RESEARCH FOUNDATION.

~ All teams are eligible for “group discount rates” to choice of three 
local hotels.
PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE JULY 17th, 2004
