			INFORMATION TO READ!

We are at the nearing stages for the tournament. Reminder this year’s dates are MAY 21-23. 

So far we have the following:

Peewee 5 teams
Bantam 6 teams
Open     14 teams (will be split into 2 divisions younger teams and older teams)

I still have room for 3 teams in the Peewee and 2 teams for the Bantam. The open I will accept as many as possible.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

A deposit of $400 is required by April 23rd with the balance due May 7th.  Any team not paid in full by the 7th, will have to pay $100 extra. Reminder the cost is $895.00 Canadian and $675.00 US.

All checks should be made out to Ryan Bernard. I am not using the sandsharks account for tax reasons.

Finally this is a reminder that all teams are guaranteed 4 games, all teams will play 2 games Friday (including Friday morning). Out of town teams should come in on Thursday night.

The official hotel is the Airport Hilton. They are offering an incredible rate.
Call Patrick at 514-828-4209. The hotel is 7-10 minutes from the rink and 5 minutes from the airport.
