Your hockey career shuld not be any consideration in your childbirth
decision making...the two are totally mutually inclusive.

in regards to fitness "re-acquirement" folowing childbirth: I wholeheartedly
suggest you subscribe to both Muscle & Fitness and Muscle & Fitness-Hers
magazines. While most people think these magazines are strictly for body
builders, international-level athletes of all sports treat these magazines
as a "fitness bible." When it comes to ANYTHING regarding fitness,
nutrition, exercise, cross-training, muscle-specific and sport specific
training, you will find every issue of both of these magazines to be fonts
of total information.

Geez, there are enough variables to consider when you are considering
starting a family. I cannot possible think of anything comparable that we
males come into in this life. Do not let hockey either deter or push you
into working out this decision.
