This year the Women's Inline World Championship will take place in
Pisek, Czech Republic from June 21-25, 2003.

The Canadian national women's inline hockey team will have tryouts on
the weekend of June 7-8 in the Toronto area.   Unfortunately I won't be
trying out for the team this year, because, well, I'm expecting in the
Fall -- I guess that's a good reason! :-)  The tryouts for Canada are
by invitation only.  They have invited players who were on the team
last year and some players from the National Women's Hockey League
(NWHL) and the national ice hockey team.

The USA is having an open tryout for any athlete who is 14 years or
older.  The tryout camp will be held in Huntington Beach, California on
