I think I know just what you are looking for.  I bought it several years ago 
at a hockey store in Buffalo, NY.  It is called the Eliminator.  All somebody 
did was take a pair of long underwear, sew some velcro on the thighs to hold 
up the hockey socks and sew the waistband of a jill to the waistband of the 
long underwear. I didn't wear it much as I soon realized it was way too hot.  
It probably would be great for playing outdoors.  If you can't find one, it 
shouldn't be hard to get someone who can sew to make you one.  You could even 
sew a pocket for the pelvic protector (like the Itech has) instead of sewing 
the whole jill (straps and all) onto the long underwear.  Good Luck locating 
or making one.
