My friend, Mickey Walker is 83 today... !

In case you have not heard about this special lady...
She is an inspiration to all of you who think you are
TOO OLD to play this wonderful game of hockey...
Mickey still skates on Monday night with the girls in her
home town of Bala, Ontario just north of Toronto.
She was featured in a CBS clip during the 98 Olympics...
Charles Schultz invited her to play in his Snoopy Tournament in
California in the 75 + group after seeing this clip
but unfortunately she was unable to accept.

If you wish to send her greetings, I will forward them to her;
otherwise, you may be able to catch up to her at the
World's in April.

Jane Sherk
