The Toronto Star has some good stories on Team Canada and the Women's
Worlds. Unfortunately they don't have a "send this article" facility on
their site and I don't dare cut and paste.

Check out the stories at the following URL. Then click under WayMoreSports -
"Hockey":

Hi!

Due to a death in the family, I will not be able to make it to Minnesota this
weekend. :-( So, I have a pair of tickets available for both the bronze and
gold metal games. The seat are six rows off the ice. I would like them to
go to someone who would be able to use them. They are available for your
best offer plus the cost of overnight shipping. I know I might not get full
price ($25 each) for them but would like to recover some of my cost. Please
e-mail for more information!

Thanks!
Lisa

Wow, someone's actually going to broadcast the games (in the states, I mean).

Here's the question: Oxygen usually allots 2 hours for its weekend sports
programs. Will they stay with hockey if it goes longer than that???

On April 7, both semifinal round contests, as well as the next day's
gold-medal game of the 2001 IIHF Women's World Championship, will be
televised live on Oxygen Sports cable network. Tickets for all games can be
purchased through Ticketmaster by calling (651) 989-5151, or visiting
ticketmaster.com.
