Subject: Roller Hockey Camps

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows about any roller hockey camps for the
summer. I am really interested in attending any type of intermediate skilled
camps anywhere in the U.S. Also I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge
of roller or ice hockey in Spain. I was in Barcelona last summer and the only
hockey I could find was short stick hockey. I will be returning there in the
fall and was wondering if there were any international numbers or e-mail
addresses that would help.
Thank you

I'd have to agree! That was the most amazing game I've seen in a long
time. With Concordia leading 2-0, the Blues scored with 32 seconds
left in the 3rd period, and then 12 seconds later to tie the game!
The fans were literally on their feet ... talk about atmosphere!!

In case you missed my earlier posting, I wanted to remind you that
complete statistics and game results are available from the web page at
whockey.com/ciau (see Schedule and Stats links) and will be updated
on a daily basis throughout the championship.

ALL NEW THIS YEAR - WOMEN'S SENIOR BEGINNER SECTION

What a great way for Mom and Daughter to take a hockey trip!

Camp instructors and counselors will be current and former NCAA Division I,
II, and III Women's Hockey Players and Coaches. NCAA rules prohibit the
use of collegiate athletes names for promotional purposes, so we are not
allowed to list our instructors. Last year we had 13 players and coaches,
along with 3 local coaches, and a 3 to 1 player to instructor ratio
throughout the camp - we will strive to maintain that ratio (except for
Women's Senior).

The camp is scheduled during one of the busiest weeks in Milwaukee
- -July 9-11: The Greater Milwaukee Open PGA Tour Event
South Shore Water Frolics (lots of fireworks at the
lakefront)
Bastille Days - French ethnic festival in Downtown streets
- -July 11: The Great Circus Parade
- -July 15-18: Festa Italiana - the nation's largest Italian ethnic
festival, on the lakefront. Best fireworks you'll ever see.
- -4 Milwaukee Brewer home games

We have lots of great things planned for the camp. What a great way for
your Daughter to get a great hockey camp with ALL FEMALE instructors, AND
for Mom to start playing hockey!!

GOPHERS SKATE TO 1-1 TIE WITH BROWN

The nation's leading goaltenders, Minnesota's Erica Killewald and BrownÍs Ali
Brewer, put on another duel as their teams skated to a 1-1 tie at Mariucci
Arena.

Killewald, who entered the weekend with a national-best 1.18 goals against
average, and Brewer, second in GAA and the nation's leader with 11 shutouts,
combined to stop 57 of 59, keeping the game scoreless through the first two
periods.

The Gophers broke the ice early in the third period while on the power play.
Nadine Muzerall picked up a rebound and lifted the puck over a pile of bodies in
front of the net for her 24th goal of the season at 6:54.

The pace of the game picked up after that and Brown eventually got the equalizer
as Jill Graat fired home a rebound through traffic with 5:41 to play in
regulation.

Minnesota finishes the regular season at 25-3-3 while the Bears head into the
final weekend of Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference play at 18-4-4.
