Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that the US team list has been
updated, also separated into a page per state as the whole
list was becoming a little too big for one page.

Check it out and let me know if there are any changes!

Thanks!

Rhonda

A few days ago, on another list, the List Mom accused me of being wildly
free with my stick during play. If my teammates were reading that
list, they must have been doubled over with laughter to hear someone call
my namby-pamby play "dirty". Thinking over the accusation made me realize
I needed to step up the intensity a bit, and now, I've reached a
momentous milestone. After five seasons of hockey, last night I got my
first penalty, for holding (and I dedicate the penalty to you, Chuq ;] ).
Actually, it should have been holding the stick, and I was definitely
guilty. At least I took someone with me; I was fighting for the puck
behind the net (and holding my opponent's stick; there may have been a
little tripping going on too) when my linemate came in and allegedly
slashed the guy, who retaliated by punching my linemate. TWEET! I got
called for holding and the other guy got called for roughing.

I *almost* got my first goal of the season, too. I smacked a puck at the
goaltender, and it trickled through and ended up on the goalline. Luckily
my winger poked it home.
