Subject: Cammi Granato

I had the great honor of meeting Cammi Granato last night.  The only 2 girls
travel teams in South Florida were invited to the Panthers vs.Kings game to
meet her before she had to go on the air for her radio job.  We got to talk
with her for about 20 minutes- she told us stories about when she was playing
youth hockey and we asked her lots of questions.. about the Olympics, herself,
colleges, and stuff in general.  She was realy gracious and signed for us
also.  It was an awesome experience.

weeks and tryouts begin monday.  2:45-6.  fun.  I'm really excited

Petersburg, FL Times about Cammi's new broadcasting career:

Two local women's teams, the Tampa Bay Blades and the Red Barons, are
playing an exhibition game today at the Ice Palace before the Lightning-LA
Kings game. Then, at 4:00 we get to participate in a clinic run by Cammie.
Hopefully we'll get the opportunity to meet her and ask questions. 

Should be the experience of a lifetime for us!
