Format:  4 Team Round Robin Tournament
         4 game guarantee
         USA Hockey rules will apply
         1st and 2nd period - 15 minute running time
         3rd period - 12 minute stop clock


Entry Fee:  $600 per team
            Entry fee must be paid by January 8, 1999
