I play with the "big boys" here in Seattle. No doubt I am one of the
smelliest out there! I realize that I should air out my equipment but it
is easier to leave it in the car. I find that the smell proves to be quite
useful. Either the opposing team gags going into the corner with me or the
annoying guy on the bench stays away! TRY IT! Every now and then it gets
to even me and I attempt to wash it but the smell just won't go away.

The only thing I find annoying about playing with the guys is that they
take it all too seriously. We can play a great game and lose and they pout
way too much. Also I find it maddening when they find out I am female and
seem to think they have to treat me diiferently. By far the most annoying
thing is the statement "you're pretty good for a girl." It is then that I
want ot send my friends Susie Wee, Jill Owen, or Michelle DeBace out to
Puck 'Em Good!

We are still looking for female hockey players out here for the 97/98
season. We welcome all, smelly or not!

Lyle,
Shame on you. There is *never* an off season.

Not this woman... I'm very bad with taking my gear out... It's still in my
bag since Tuesday's game.... And I have to play tomorrow....

Well folks, it looks like we're back in operation. As far as I can
tell, everything's working fine after the downtime. Please let me know
if you run into problems.

One note: I'm still working on upgrades of the web servers, so there
will be times today (and perhaps into tomorrow) when they'll be down
for periods of time. But I'll keep those as short as I can, and it
shouldn't affect the mail systems. The upgrades to those systems are
done.
