Well it has been a week since I posted my message "please help" 
regarding information for my friend Sara.  We were both amazed at the 
responses (which are still comming in).  The information, encouragement 
and offers for assistance we recieved were beyond anything I could have 
asked for.

Thanks to everyone who responded and to those of you who forwarded the 
post to friends, and friends of friends.
