Hi all:
I am new to this list and would love some advice from those
more experienced players on the list.
I am finally getting my act to gether and it looks like I
will be signing up to play in the NCWHL. I hope. In the meantime,
what equipment do I need and where should I buy it?
I would be interested in buying some used equipment, if it isn't
real important for that particular piece to be new. i.e. I felt
strong about buying new skates vs. used skates. I have been to
some of the Play-it-Again-Sports stores have seen decent equipment.
I hear that it is really dependant upon which store site you go to.
Any pointers on different types of equipment that may work better
than others, or any other experiences you can share that might help
me out would be greatly appreciated.
